It is NOT the same …
It is NOT the same as cottage cheese bought in the store.
It is an unaged, acid-set, non-melting farmer cheese made by curdling heated milk with lemon juice or other food acid. The process is similar to queso blanco, except that paneer does not have salt added. The texture of paneer is very similar to that of Greek feta cheese or Turkish Beyaz peynir which is also strained and squeezed the same way.
Best, just buy it from an Indian store.

The Illuminati aka …
The Illuminati aka bluebloods like the Rothschilds, Rockefellars, Windsors, Al Gore, Al Pike etc rule Freemasonry. They’ll probably force-vaccinate many with toxic garbage in Fall, start WW3, implement internet 2 & Codex Alimentarius and stage an alien invasion to go a world government with you microchipped, so resist! Support Oracle Broadcasting, Dr. Deagle, David Icke & Project Camelot!

Where did the video disappear? I watched it on Friday the 3rd but it’s not available this morning.
Your recipe looked interesting because it doesn’t have tomato but now I can’t make it.
I’ve just taken down your shrimp biryani recipe before it too disappears.

Hi sanjay,
I have watched most of your videos and have tried few receipies whenever i find time, i am learning to cook, you defnitely inspire me to cook.
I tried this receipie today but it ended up dry, very spicy and the cauliflower tasted bitter, not sure what went wrong, would help if you could post the measurement for the biriyani masala, and what is the amount of rice used, ? s there a easier way of doing this, 4 me it was time consuming changing pans and end up washing them as well
