Almost everyone is a “holdout” in Southern California. Water is still too cheap. The agencies are beginning to be more strict, but it needs to be a cultural shift. Everyone just loves their green turf. They love mowing it, pouring pesticides and fertilizer on it, and they especially must love when the runoff from their irrigation carries these pesticides to the streams and oceans. JUST GET RID OF YOUR TURF FOLKS. IT’LL BE OK.

The only changing …
The only changing in Las Vegas is all the foreclosures in every neighborhood. Every other house empty. Not to mention how in greedy Las Vegas is. The utilities keep going up, companies keep leaving Las Vegas making the unemployment skyrocket. A bunch of crocked politicians on the local level. Can you believe the mayor of Las Vegas wants to legalize prostitution? Vegas sucks !
